Karlie joined the Maven family with more than 12 years of customer service experience. Looking for a career where she could grow and succeed while helping others along the way. Karlie has been licensed in Property and Casualty insurance since March 2023! Prior to that, she was in a diverse roll in accounting and management. This has prepared her for a dedicated starting point in her insurance career. She is originally a native of Lafayette but was privileged to have lived in multiple places throughout her life and experienced other communities. She has also attended SLCC where she majored in Business Administration.

Customer service is highly important to Karlie because it is the first and last impression you leave on someone. She believes customer service is a mixture of professionalism, communication, and a positive attitude.

As a mom to her ambitious 9-year-old boy, she has mastered the skill of multitasking and patience. They love to travel, shop, and spend time with friends and family!
